Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued.
Quotations are based on current labour and material costs. If there is a significant

increase in material prices before work begins, this will be discussed with you
and agreed before work commences.

Any additional work requested after a quotation has been accepted will be priced
separately and must be agreed in writing before the work is undertaken.

Booking Deposit
A 40% booking deposit is required to secure your booking and enable materials to be
purchased.

The deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.

If you cancel your booking, any refund will be subject to the costs already incurred, including
materials purchased specifically for your project and any reasonable losses arising from the
cancellation.

Special Order Materials
Some materials are ordered specifically for your project and cannot usually be returned to
suppliers.

This includes, but is not limited to:
Sheds
Bespoke gates
Decorative fencing panels
Specific paving or stone
Composite decking
Any bespoke or non-stock items

Full payment for these items is required before they are ordered.

Once an order has been placed, these payments are non-refundable where the supplier
does not accept returns.

Customer-Supplied Materials
Where materials are supplied by the customer, Anglesey and Gwynedd Landscaping and
Fencing is responsible only for installing those materials using reasonable care and skill.
We cannot accept responsibility for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Product faults
